It’s hard to find a reason to NOT book with motogo. All motogo verified movers
have had background checks run, are insured, and comply with all the laws and regulations that apply
to them. We listen to our customers and don’t keep movers that you don’t like. We track the movers
on our platform through customer scoring, their on time score, and driver safety score to ensure
that only the best of the best are on motogo. Once you pick from our selection of amazing movers,
you have full access to our customer service team that is on staff 7 days a week from 8 am CST to
9pm CST.
We rely on our customers to rate our drivers. It’s important that motogo hears
about the good, the bad, and the ugly; although we expect to hear mostly good things. If you had a
great experience with a motogo qualified driver, please send in a review. If you had a bad
experience with a motogo qualified driver, please send in a review. At Motogo we strive for
transparency. It’s important to us and future customers that we hear your input. This helps
customers pick the perfect mover and helps us verify that the movers we partner with are providing
you with quality service.
Not just any mover can be motogo certified. For a mover to use our platform,
they are background checked, insured, and follow all laws and regulations required. We also display
every review a mover receives. We respect that your home is sacred and will only allow the best to
move your items. We’re so confident in our verification that we put a $2000 guarantee behind it. You
will always get a licensed, insured, safe professional.
We could guess the time of your move, but you wouldn’t want that. Our customer
service team books over 30,000 moves a year, and from all this experience we can tell you that it is
hard to tell you how long a move will take. What furniture do you have? What items need to be
disassembled and reassembled? What is the distance from your old home to your new home? How close
can we park to each home? This is just the tip of the iceberg of questions to just get a guesstimate
for your move. Instead, we give flat rates and a trip fee. There are no hidden fees when you book
with motogo. We believe surprises are for birthdays, not move days. What we can guarantee is that if
you are packed up and ready to go, your move will go as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
Packing is definitely in motogo’s future. However for now, we are focusing on
moving.
Storage is not currently in motogos’ future. If you’d like to see storage as one

At the moment, our minimum truck size is the 24 foot truck. This is the size of
the standard UHaul that you see on the road. Looking deep into our crystal ball, we do see 48 ft
trucks in our near future. So, stay tuned!

Well for the safety of the movers, their crews, and your belongings, these following items cannot be
moved.

These items can be moved at the discretion of the driver with a waiver signed at the time of the
move.

Objects over 600 pounds require an additional $40 moving fee, and $100 per flight of stairs.

Our transparent travel fee is a one-time, flat fee that covers the
transportation of our crew, truck, and equipment from our facility to your home and from your home
back to our facility. The only other fee we charge is an hourly rate – we like to keep things
simple.
Are you insured?
We definitely are! Our insurance company is Cordell Insurance.
How do I report damages?
Notify the movers immediately so they may document the damages on their iPad during the move. Take
pictures of the damages for your claim and call to open a claim with our Customer Service Manager
(Norma).
As a full-service moving company, you do have to pay the 2-hour minimum – even
if it’s only a few items.
